You'll note on the bottom of every menu page we have asked for you to contact us if you have any questions. We mean it.

Let's say that it's Monday and you need a Southwestern style Chicken Lunch for 120 on Thursday.  We have the chef's and the staff to handle it,  for this event we were not made aware of one single problem.

Let's say that you contacted us first about a wedding your planning a year and a half from now.  We can help you plan every aspect of the event.  From the tent to the china to the meal that's not listed on our pages.  We are in the customer service industry and it is our job to perform at such a level that you'll want us again and again and again.  We'll prove it once given that chance.

From a Mobile Bar that is fully licensed and Insured, to the Party Rental businesses, to DJ's and the Hall you may want, we've been there and can help you.

So, as you see, how can we possibly list everything that may be considered "special" here when everything you want for your event is special to you.  What we can do is ask you what it is you want and then listen, and if we can do it, we'll let you know and give you a price.  If we can't for some reason, we can certainly help point you in the right direction.
